TLS in transit, encryption at rest. Passwords are hashed — never stored in the clear.

Daily backups with point-in-time recovery. Desktop users can also keep a local backup on their own drive.
Roles & a passcode gate
Per-branch roles, a read-only Viewer for your CA, and a passcode on deletions and rate changes.
One database per company
Your data is not a filtered column in a shared table. Companies are isolated from each other.
