Abilaas provides billing, inventory and accounting software for businesses in India. When we say “we” or “Abilaas,” we mean the company that operates this service. You can reach us at hello@abilaas.com.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, business name, email and phone, so we can create and support your account.
- Business data you enter — invoices, parties, stock and ledgers. This is yours; we process it only to run the service for you.
- Usage information — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about which features are used, to improve the product.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, to reply to your enquiries, to send essential account and billing notices, and to improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and, if you agree, a privacy-friendly analytics cookie to understand what's useful. You can decline non-essential cookies in the banner shown on your first visit.
Storage & security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up automatically, and isolated per company. See our security page for details.

- Access, correct or export your data at any time from within the app.
- Ask us to delete your account and associated data.
- Opt out of non-essential cookies and marketing email.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
